Konzert für 4-6 Lautsprecher
Solo for strings, voices, objects, electronics and loudspeakers in different environments (2009-2012)
This solo composition can be performed in concert halls and in public spaces.
Six loudspeakers, placed at different locations in the performance space, are played live independently of each other.
Their arrangement in the space is adapted to each performance situation.
The loudspeakers serve on the one hand as independent “actors” with individual voices, and on the other hand as abstract sound sources. In the concerts it is possible to respond to the acoustics of the locations and to integrate their ambient sounds into the music. Some concerts took place in public spaces and in a historic barn that was open to the public
